1.Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ANARI JEWELS ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website located at [www.anarijewels.com] (the "Site"), including browsing, account creation, and the purchase of any products listed on the Site (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2.Eligibility

By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You further confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

3.Account Registration

• You may be required to create an account to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• ANARI JEWELS reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

4.Products & Descriptions

• All products listed are imitation/fashion jewellery unless explicitly stated otherwise. Product titles, descriptions, and images are for illustrative purposes and do not imply the use of precious metals or gemstones unless specified.
• We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, finishes, and sizes accurately; however, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting during photography, and the handcrafted nature of certain pieces.
• We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the quantity of any product listed on the Site at any time without prior notice.

5.Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in INR/₹ and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation shall apply to that order.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. ANARI JEWELS does not store your complete card or banking details.
• In the event of a pricing error on the Site, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, with a full refund issued.

6.Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
• Orders may be cancelled by the customer only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it is subject to our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.
• In case of a cancelled order eligible for refund, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.

7.Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are approximate; actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, logistics disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
• We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

8.Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All returns, exchanges, transit-damage claims, and refunds are governed by our separate Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy, available on our website. Please refer to that policy for detailed terms, including the mandatory unboxing video requirement and the 24-hour reporting window for damage or missing-item claims.

9.Intellectual Property

• All content on this Site — including the ANARI JEWELS name, logo, product photography, designs, graphics, text, and layout — is the exclusive property of ANARI JEWELS or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.
• Unauthorized use of any ANARI JEWELS trademark, product images, or designs — including for resale, replication, or promotional purposes — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

• Promotional codes, discounts, and offers are valid only for the period specified and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• ANARI JEWELS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any misuse of promotional codes (including for resale or bulk redemption) may result in order cancellation and account suspension.
